SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE
FULL TIME POSITION (ON PREMISES, BUCHAREST)
Required capabilities:
Strong writing style and ability to produce likeable, lovable content & juggle across social platforms, for many audiences and multiple brands (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Must be able to win over even the toughest of audiences and navigate the dark side of online comments with grace.
Friendship towards deadlines and seriousness.
Openness to active learning, with a thirst for knowledge and development
Above average communication skills, both verbal and written, in Romanian and English.
Desired capabilities (advantages):
Notions of the creative process & programs in the Adobe suite (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator in particular). Ideally, notions of video editing.
Ideally, studies in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, journalism, business and/or related fields.
What you’ll do:
Produce content for various social media platforms (video, graphic, copywriting) – you will learn to work with our suite of programs. You will have to identify & edit relevant news and angles and deliver attractive and engaging social media content that resonates with our client’s audience.
Create long-format compelling texts (newsletters, articles, blogs) for different brands & industries.
Implementation of Facebook Ads campaigns + daily management & optimisation. Our senior colleague is our lead singer here, but we need a backup guitarist to rock our campaigns.
Monthly reporting and analysis of campaign performance.

You will have a full schedule at the office, 8 hrs./day, 5 days per week.
