We are looking for a passionate, dynamic Content Creator with a strong eye for detail to join our team. If you know how to capture the energy of an event in real time, turn key moments into viral clips and deliver high-quality visual materials, this job is for you. We need both photo AND video content.
Your main responsibility will be to attend events in person and capture raw or quickly edited photo and video materials, mainly for Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, but also for the company’s post-event marketing and archive. Separately, and very importantly, you will create video content for our own channels. If you are passionate about content, trends, instantly recognize TikTok sounds and enjoy creating content that has the potential to become a trend — fingers crossed — let’s work together.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who understands how Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn work and knows that each platform has its own language. We want someone who writes well in both Romanian and English. You should be familiar with the entire content creation process: ideation, pre-production, production and post-production.
The role involves both content planning and on-site presence at events. You will prepare ideas, visual scripts or shot lists before the event, and on-site you will capture key moments, atmosphere, interactions, branding details, testimonials, short interviews and behind-the-scenes content. We are looking for someone with initiative, who sees a content opportunity and acts on it, not someone who always waits to be told what to film. After events, you will select, sort and quickly edit photo and video materials so that we can deliver relevant content both in real time for all platforms. It is important that you can edit short videos with good rhythm, subtitles, suitable music.
We need someone organized, autonomous and attentive to detail. You will handle several projects at the same time, keep the editorial calendar organized, update channels, prioritize your own work and respect deadlines. In events, a late post or an undelivered material can affect the entire project, so punctuality and the ability to work well under pressure matter a lot.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in photo and video content creation is important, while experience in events is a major advantage. We value strong skills in fast-editing tools for social media, such as CapCut, VN, InShot, Canva, Adobe Express, Instagram Edits, Splice, VEED, Davinci or Filmora. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Your own equipment: photo/video camera or high-performance smartphone, stabilizer/gimbal and microphones is a big plus.
Availability for events, including occasionally in the evenings or on weekends, is required.
Full-time schedule, 8 hours per day, from the office when you are not on-site at events. Weekend hours are paid extra.
How to apply: Send us your CV and, mandatory, your portfolio or a Drive folder with your photo-video projects at: aa@indie.life
