SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE (FULL TIME POSITION)

Required capabilities:

Planning, development and implementation of Facebook Ads campaigns + daily management & optimisation based on data analysis.

6 months -2 years experience in a similar role

Strong writing style and ability to to produce likeable & lovable content & juggle across social platforms, for many audiences and multiple brands.

Friendship towards deadlines and seriousness.

Openness to active learning, with a thirst for knowledge and development

Above average communication skills, both verbal and written, in Romanian and English

Desired capabilities (advantages)

Notions of the creative process and programs in the Adobe suite, including Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator in particular is appreciated.

Notions of video editing.

Ideally, studies in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, journalism, business and/or related fields.

What you’ll do:

Produce content for various social media platforms (video, graphic, copywriting) – you will learn to work with our suite of programs. Come up with creative ideas for innovative campaigns.

Create long-format compelling texts (newsletters, articles, blogs) for different brands & update websites.

Planning, development and implementation of national Facebook Ads campaigns + daily management & optimization based on data analysis.

Monthly reporting, based on campaign data, and analysis of campaign performance setting recommendations for achieving KPIs. Managing campaign budgets and schedules. Owning and maintaining metrics and campaign reporting.
